Professor Ricardo "Baleia" Ammendolia is a 1st Degree blackbelt under the world famous Mendes Bros (Rafael/Guilherme) and Prof. P.J. O' Sullivan.

Ricardo has been teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling for over 15 years and has trained with some of the greatest competitors & coaches around the world in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Riccardo is also one of the most reognized grappling commentators/analysts for the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling and his work can be seen on the website FloGrappling, as well as his own content on his social media channels.
