
Martial Arts & Fitness Programs
Global Martial Arts Academy offers an open and safe environment for all students. The essence of GMA is highlighted in the diverse and internationally recognized range of martial arts and fitness programs - Wado Kai Karate, Jeet Kune Do-Filipino Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and "Body Blast" Fitness. We're proud to offer a variety of programs that are taught in group classes, private and semi-private lessons. We are pleased to offer a free evaluation to new students, ages 5 - 12. Wado Kai
Karate/Jiu-Jitsu
Wado Kai is one of the four original styles of karate and is the only one that includes Japanese Jiu-Jitsu as a part of its origin and current curriculum.

Filipino Martial Arts
& Jeet Kune Do
This program balances Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do & Filipino Kali, with influences from Indonesian and Malaysian martial arts.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
BJJ is a martial art and combative system that originates from Japanese Jiu-Jitsu, with a heavy focus on grappling and ground techniques including holds, joint-locks, and chokes.

Kickboxing
Our kickboxing program has a focus on stand-up striking. Technical instruction is spent on punching, kicking, and incorporates knee and elbow strikes. In addition, sparring and conditioning components are incorporated into each class.

"Body Blast" Fitness
Fitness based class that incorporates elements from cardio kickboxing. This class is done at your own pace, and no experience is required. Ages 16 years and up. Co-ed classes.

Specialty Training
Instructors at GMA have the knowledge, skill, and background to create personalized training programs or seminars to meet your needs. We have previously hosted Women’s Self Defence Workshops, police foundations students, and other private groups.
